Hi everyone. I actually lurked around this site a lot before I actually started the extreme fat smash diet. Everybody seemed so supportive, it really spurred me into getting started. I am about to start Day 7 of Cycle 1 and so far I have lost about 5.5 lbs in just this first week. Crazy. I didn't know if I was an Alpha, Beta, or Gamma type, but I've been following the Gamma guidelines and now think I probably really don't need to. Anyways, I am looking forward to continuing on with this diet and hearing all of your stories.
