Exclamation Need Help!

I am doing EFS and I found that many nights there is rice for dinner, or sometimes even twice a day. I know for me personally that I cannot eat carbs at night, that means instant weight gain for me! I have been substituting a lean protein or sometimes even eating nothing at all....does anyone know if substituting the rice is okay? Please Help!!!
