Protein Shake Suggestions
 

I started EFS on Tuesday and am anxious to see my results from the first phase. In the meantime, I looked on my day 3 meal plan and realized I needed a protien shake. I purchased the Powerbar "Creamy Chocolate Shake" to satisfy this requirement.....I think I nearly vommitted.

Now, if that is the best one one the market I guess I can try to do it, but surely there is something better out there. What have you guys found thusfar to be satisfactory in the taste dept.

I like the ones made by Bolthouse Farms. They're found in the fresh refrigerated produce section of my supermarket. They're the only ones I've been able to tolerate drinking. Make sure to keep the portion size small though.

I use Slim Fast high protein premade shakes (chocolate). It has a creamy texture and not as chalky as others I have tried. I actually enjoy them! I get them in Walmart in the diet section.

I use a protein powder called Lean Dessert by a company called bsn I get it from Gnc.
