Well, like many I've done plenty of other diets, and I'm only 25. However my family has quite a few diabetics (sp?) in it, and I've had several knee surgeries and have been told my doctors and therapists to lose the weight. I'm 5'6", and I'm just over 200 lbs.
I first heard of the diet from the Opie and Antony show on XM radio. A lot of their personnel have done this diet and lost weight, and Dr. Ian is on the show once in awhile. So I thought I'd give it a try. (And my husbands kinda doing it with me

I have very supportive friends and family, and hopefully I'll be able to make my weight goual and stay there.
Any tips or suggestions are very welcome, especially if you have workout ideas for bad knees.
