Okay, I have decided I'm going to be a Smasher. I just got the book from the library today, I read phase 1 Detox. It sounds great, I'm excited to see what it will do for me to follow the plan. Only a few things boggling in my mind. Maybe you all can give me some needed advice...
A) I am going bowling with 3 of my girlfriends on Monday, I want to start Day 1 tomorrow, but I know .... I know I'm going to have a drink. I don't get out much, but when I do, I like to have a drink.... Phase 1 says No Alcohol... Ughhh, should I wait to start after Monday, or have a drink Monday and resume the Detox???????
B) Anyone know if Salsa is allowed to be put on the egg whites?
C) It says beans- refried beans okay?
Alright I'll stop there for now. If anyone would like to share some good Phase 1 recipes that would be great! Thanks everybody
