I know you can't have some veggie/soy burgers in Phase I, but can you have them in phase II? Like Boca? I love their chicken nuggets!
What about ricecakes? I haven't been able to find anything about it.

veggie burgers are allowed as long as they don't have cheese or wheat flour in them, you just have to read the ingredients... morningstar farms garden veggie burgers and also their spicy black bean burgers are allowed, I eat them a lot they are a life saver for me. not sure about the rice cakes though.

I'm on phase 2, and have been eating veggie burgers since phase 1. I get the boca original vegan burgers. I love meat, so the boca burgers really helped me get through detox.

i think i saw somewhere on this forum that the ricecakes are allowed..as long as they ar ethe brown rice cakes.
