In my opinion, you should just keep moving forward, maybe repeating day 5 if you didn't really follow it at all. I believe the diet is meant to work in specific combinations of food and exercise. It says somewhere in the book that when you're done with all 3 phases that you can go back and start over with cycle 1 or 2, but NOT to go back to the cycle that you've just finished. I've had a few days where I was at someone's house for dinner or out of the house all day and couldn't specifically follow the plan. I did the best I could and just kept moving forward and I still lost weight! Don't beat yourself up too much, cheating happens for emotional or hormonal reasons or sometimes due to other circumstances beyond our control. Just dust yourself off and keep going, know that if you only ate badly 1 day out of 6, you're still doing good things for yourself!
