Default Extreme Fat Smash vs. Fat Smash

Well, i tried the extreme fat smash and couldnt keep up all of the exercise. OMG! Ended up getting really sick from exercising so much, if thats possible. I just switched the original fat smash. IM on Day 2 and its going well!

Yay for you! I have been fat smashing and am down 20lbs!

I love it, it is easy to stick to and I have tons of energy!

What is your goal? I made mine 30lbs, so I have 10 more to go and then I will set a new one.

Good lucks!!
