I am on day 3 of Cycle 2 for EFS. I only lost 1.8 lbs the first week, BUT I lost 2 inches from my waist and 1 from my hips. I have a very hard time making the scale move at all. I've been trying since January on diet and exercise alone. Our weight goals are similar I noticed btw. I'm interested to see what this week holds for me. So don't give up!!
