new start

  • hello everyone, today is a new day im starting efd again. i know i can do it, and expecially after reading everyone stories it has really inspired me to push harder. my goal is to try and lose 25 pounds and im hoping that efd can help me reach my goal. i also purchased the celebrity fit club boot camp dvd by harvey walden, and let me tell you boy did that dvd kick my butt i love it. my hubby is coming home from iraq in a month and i want to feel and look good. so basically i wanted to know how much weight do you all think i can lose in a months time? i know everybody is different but i was just wondering what everyone else's results were from efd?
  • Well if you're losing it at a healthy rate... 2 pounds a week... so thats 8 pounds in a month. Depends how much you push yourself... some people can lose anywhere between 10 - 15 pounds in a month.

  • By sticking to the plan, that includes the exercise, I'd say you could easily drop 15 in a month! Good luck!!
  • I am on day 3 of Cycle 2 for EFS. I only lost 1.8 lbs the first week, BUT I lost 2 inches from my waist and 1 from my hips. I have a very hard time making the scale move at all. I've been trying since January on diet and exercise alone. Our weight goals are similar I noticed btw. I'm interested to see what this week holds for me. So don't give up!! Best of luck to you!!
