I was looking for info on the Fat Smash Diet and was directed to this site. It looked like something that would be helpful so here I am. here's the problem. I'm and getting fatter by the minute. I'm at my heaviest weight ever and want to change it. I've re-joined the gym and go regularly (4 days a week). I'm getting heavier because I'm including weight training in my activities. The muscles are there but they're covered in fluff. I pretty much know what I need to do but can't seem to get properly motivated. Im more confused than anything else
My B'Day is in September and I don't want to look as I do now. Any body willing to kick my butt into gear? All advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanx.
