Phase One---Day 4

  • Hey all I know that I really shouldnt have but I just couldnt stay off the scale. I am on day 4 of phase one and i have dropped 8lbs already Go ME!!! it has been a little hard but not as hard as i had planned wooohooo
  • CONGRATULATIOINS! OMG! EIGHT POUNDS! You are doing so good girl! Tell me how you did it! Did you fallow the plan completly or did you tweek it a little? How much did you exercise?
  • I have been following the plan to a tee. I totally gave up all my sodas which was soooooooo hard...at first I was scared about the meat but now I really dont care.....dont get me wrong a steak would be nice right now, but i dont want to be fat anymore!!!!!

    As far as exercising, I walk 30 minutes twice a day, and everyother day I do a cardio dvd that I have.....I am not getting back on the scale though till day 9 because I figure that the weight loss will slow down but I am excited over the 8 that I am already down...

    I think that men lose it quicker than women tho, my hubby started the same time as me and he is down 12 lbs as of today....which is day 5.....well i will let you know what the result is
