I have been following the plan to a tee. I totally gave up all my sodas which was soooooooo hard...at first I was scared about the meat but now I really dont care.....dont get me wrong a steak would be nice right now, but i dont want to be fat anymore!!!!!
As far as exercising, I walk 30 minutes twice a day, and everyother day I do a cardio dvd that I have.....I am not getting back on the scale though till day 9 because I figure that the weight loss will slow down but I am excited over the 8 that I am already down...
I think that men lose it quicker than women tho, my hubby started the same time as me and he is down 12 lbs as of today....which is day 5.....well i will let you know what the result is
