Hey everyone. I am new to 3FC and wanted to do a quick intro. I am a stay at home mom and student. I have three wonderful children and they have been all to considerate in helping me pack on the pounds over the last few years. Aren't they thoughtful. Three pregnancies later and I have no idea who I am anymore.

I have been a faithful watcher of CFC since the first season and I love the show. I have tried a few diets and I think I need something more structured. I would love to try the fat smash diet because it seems that and CFC just started so it will be great motivation. *Love me some Harvey!* I read the review here on 3FC but was concerned about the food lists. I understand that they had trouble figuring out portions and the food list that you need to eat or should eat. I was just a bit confused on that and wanted some clarification before running out to buy the book. I was also wondering if anyone has signed up at
www.celebrityfitclub.com and what the reviews were about that? Is it worth the money to sigh up for the tips and eating plans?
