Fat Smashers/Extreme Weekly Support 04/23-04/27
Hello everyone! Are we all ready for another week of Smashing?? Well I'm doing once a week weigh ins, and I'm PROUD to announce I lost 6 lbs!!!
I'm very very happy!!!! ( I ate off plan a bit, but still happy) I hope everyone is doing well with their loses!!
HI all. Haven't posted in a while but I'm making progress! The goal I set out for April 1st looks like it will actually happen by April 31st but loss is still loss even when it slows down a bit!
sThebs, I was wonderin where you were. Glad to see you're still loosing. I decided to just weigh in on Friday's that way I wouldn't keep stressing about it. As of last week I was down 26, (since Feb 20th) after my eating today, who knows where I'll end up, so I am going to double up on the workouts tonight.
talk to you smashers later.
After having my sister visiting from the East Coast for a week, I'm happy to report that I only gained back 2lbs. I was VERY surprised when I got on the scale. All of the stuff that I ate that I normally don't, I figured for sure that I gained a good 5-7lbs back. Hey, I'll take it and run!
It's back on track for me this week! Back to FS and the gym tomorrow. I hope to lose the 2lbs and then the next 5 to reach my goal.
Have a great week everyone!

Hey Everyone!! Well I've eaten off plan a bit, but that's ok. I'm starting Phase 2. I've been exercising everyday though. Trying to get atleast a mile and a half on the Ellipitical, but I went ahead and did 2 miles after dinner. After all, I'm not allowing myself to gain back any weight! LOL!
S2theB- SO good to see you back!!!! I'm glad you're still losing!!! Keep us posted on your progress!!
VeggieLady- I know what you mean!!I'm pushing and pushing!!
LoveMacon- I'd love to be at the weight that you are now...I haven't seen that number for awhile!! LOL
Shell- Thanks for the congrats!!! Also not too shabby for you, to have ony gained 2 lbs back! Good Luck to you!!!
Tinky,
I think it counts, ESPECIALLY if it involved taking kids to the zoo!!
Well, I have to weigh in on Friday but I cheated and peaked at the scale this morning and I lost the 2 I gained back plus 1lb. Woo hoo!!
I've been back to the gym and going to spinning classes. My husband is coming back from France on Friday so I really hope to get back on a more strict schedule next week with some normallcy in my life again!!
Keep smashing everyone!!
Shell829, congrats on the weight loss. I lost 2 pounds in 3 days. I'm thrilled about that. I know I'm not supposed to weigh myself until after phase 1, but I'm extending phase 1 to 2 weeks, and I'm doing the TBL challenge on this forum, so I have to weigh myself every week.

LOL...thanks Shell!! Well I didn't really take a kid, but my bro is like a big 20 year old kid!! Its funny to see someone like that act all crazy about brown bears!
Well I gotta do the Elliptical tonight before bed....I was bad and had Taco Bell!! I couldn't resist, bu I only had one burrito, but was very good all day!!!
Congrats to you and Veggielady's weight loss!!! I'm lookin forward to Monday!!
Can I join? Day 1 of EFS. Never in a million years did I think I would eat green beans and chick peas and call that a meal. And how do you manage the HUGE amount of cardio? For somebody as out of shape as I am, unable to do much of anything just yet, this seems really hard to do and hard to find time to do.
Hi, I'm officially doing Fat Smash Extreme. I hope you don't mind me on your thread. I'm only on Week 1, Day 1, so I feel fine! No weight loss to report!
I love eating small meals, so this plan is perfect for me. I think I need to give my body a "spring reset", so if I could drop 10-15lbs by Memorial Day, that would be great. Then I'll start training in earnest (with more protein and carbs) for my summer/fall road races. I'm running a 7.2 mile race in August and a 1/2 Marathon in October. It will be easier to train once I've dropped this extra weight.

Welcome ChimpChump!! Don't get discouraged and mama is right, start off with a brisk walk. Don't jump into a hardcore cardio routine off the bat or you'll say "forget this"!! Even starting off with some yoga or light pilates is a great way to start it off and stretch out your muscles.
Tinky - I understand about the whole big kid thing. I always say I have three children (husband included) and my oldest is 32!! It's kind of good though because he keeps me moving and feeling young!!
Veggielady - Congrats!! Isn't it great to hop on the scale expecting it not to move and it goes down?? What's better than that!!??
I have to say, I LOVE THIS SITE!!! I wouldn't be anywhere NEAR my goal if it wasn't for the support here. You guys are great!!
Today is my second day on FAT SMASHERS and i must admit that I am hungry!! I thought i ate a lot yesterday but the calories were 777- is it normal to be that low? I'm higher today but I am just making sure. And are we allowed to have brown rice cakes?
