Default Hi Everyone!

I'm Liz, new to this site. I have bought these pills called Euphoric Chocolate Diet Pills. Has anyone ever heard anything about them? Also, what is the Fat Smash Diet? Sounds interesting. Thanks!

Never heard of the pills, sorry! The diet is by Dr Ian Smith, the Dr on Celebrity Fit Club on VH1. The book is less than 10.00 on Amazon or at Wal-Mart or Kmart. Its different phases, starting w/ a detox for 9 days and it works. I have gone from 163 to 139. Good luck to you. Lem

Hi -

I lost 4 lbs on Weight Watchers and the scale didn't move for 6 wks which is when I went on FS - so yes, most all of it WW didn't work for me...it is too slow and I need immediate results to keep myself motivated.

For the most part it's been easy. Once you get past detox. It's really a mindset, for me at least. I know that you need to eat lots of fruits and veggies, but knowing and doing are two different things. I try to get at lest 4 meals in, and make them healthy. The trick is to plan ahead.

Default Still in love with Fat Smash

Only 4 days in, but I have lost 3 # and feel GREAT. Not hungry. Don't even have the book yet, just followed what was in the 3FC book review. Each day I have had more than 35 gms. of fiber (am using Myfitday, too). For first time in a very long time, I feel thinner! The 3 #s were water weight, obviously, but who cares? They looked ugly. For dinner I had a huge spinach salad, asparagus (lots) and a sweet potato pancake made from smashed ..ha ha, get it sweet potato with orange zest and grated giner, egg white, puliverized oatmeal and plain nf yogurt. Lotza cinnamon, too. Try it! :-)

I started fat smash a few weeks ago and I am on phase 2. I lost 14 pounds so far. It's really easy! Thanks for telling me about it!
