Default Here I go Again

Ok ya'll I'm back and ready to try again. I started phase 1 today. I am tired of everyone thinking I'm pregnant. In the last 2 months I've had 6 or 7 people say something about me being pregnant or due any day. I did really good on FS last time for about 2 1/2 weeks (12lbs). I was doing it with DH but then he broke down and brought home pizza (the one food I can't say no to) and I blew it and snarfed down half a pizza and then gave up completely and gained it all back plus some. So I've updated my tracker and here I go. Wish me luck!

Welcome and good luck.I understand what it means
to lose and regain.Been there ,done that,our stats are quite similar my highest weight was 206 (maybe more, I avoided the scale at that time.)I am also 5'2".

I think what you said above is something we can all really help each other with. I too have blown it and eaten something"forbidden" and then given up....what we need to realize is that yes, sometimes we WILL eat the wrong stuff in a binge of fury. After all, we are human (and hungry!). However, what we need to help one another with is the giving up part - realize it's not the end of the world if we slip up and NOT decide to give up completely. Let's help each other out! Good luck!

Hi everyone:

I started back today as well. I had lost 5 pounds and due to my job, we order food and things of that nature. I did great the first 5 days and then when I went off the program, I gained it all back. I think if I had kept up with my exercising the weight would have mostly remained off.
