Default Fat Smashers Weekly Support~ 3/26-4/1

I'm excited to get back to the Fat Smash Diet plan this week. I think I will start back with phase II for now. This weekend I splurged with ice cream, pancakes, and pizza. I thought I missed those things alot but after I ate them I just feel gross. I didn't work out Saturday or Sunday either. Trying to give myself a break from the 4 hour a day workouts last week.

I think I tricked my body into liking healthy meals and working out? wow!

How is everyone else doing? What phase is everyone in?

Sbebs-glad you're back. Hey can you detail your workout for the 7 weeks? I am in p3 right now. It's going well. I had a hard day yesterday, but am back on track today. I am down 20 lbs as of today (since feb20). I bought some tofu last night and plan on trying to grill it. So I am trying new things and fat smashing away.

I'm adjusting my eating plan a little this week. I feel like I might have slipped into the not eating enough problem again. I'll be adding some protein-y breakfast (eggwhites) after my trip to the gym in the morning.

I ate a TON this weekend but made it to the gym Saturday and went running on Sunday and still came out a pound down!

Hi Everyone, Happy Monday!

My weekend was good, I had to work Sat so I missed Jazzercise but I managed to go running yesterday and Fri and I plan to go again tonight after Jazzercise. I did eat a lot of foods that aren't allowed this weekend on detox thanks to friends taking me out but I am back on track today. I just felt horrible after eating all that crap.

I did discover a new food for me - acorn squash. I ate at a restaurant that had them halved & baked w/ a touch of olive oil & salt & they were great. They made me feel like I was eating a slightly sweeter baked potato (bt not as sweet as a sweet potato). I bought some today & am going to try it.

I want to try cooking some tofu too. I add it to my soups and I have it in miso soup but I have never tried grilling it or stir frying it. I am loving all the new foods I have tried on FS. I still haven't tried lentils (I don't like any kind of beans)yet but plan to cook some up soon.

Glad to hear everyone has a plan for the week and is doing well. Lem

Red face checking in

sorry I haven't been aorund, been very busy with an actual social life. Haven't been exercising, so I'm really not losing. Plus, I had a few bites of some bad stuff. Not concerned, I know I'll get back on track easy when I get my elliptical. I'll poke back around once I get back on track. Take care, and hope everyone is still losing!

I hope April will be a better month for me. I can't wait for the new Fat Smash book to come in the mail. Must be patient!

I want to join the Biggest Loser contest on this forum. That'll definitely be helpful and will be a big motivator.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

Default question about sweetners

Are you allowed splenda on Phase I of fat smashers? My book should be here
in a couple of days but wanted to go ahead and start with what I know. But
I don't know about this. Thanks for any help.
