Thanks for your support the last week or so. Today is the day! 199 after the gym this afternoon!

I will admit to cheating a little. I slept really late and went to the gym on a day I typically don't but I had to get that scale moving!

My reward massage is scheduled for tomorrow at 10!

My next goal is 15 pounds away - I'll keep you posted.

Thanks! Phase 1 started January 4th. I will admit that I am not specifically following phase 2 or 3 - I've transitioned into more of a calorie counter. But FS Phase 1 was just what I needed to kick off my loss!

Hey s2theb I hope you saved some room for me cuz I made it to ONEderland! Sure I'm only at 199 but it's all downhill from here

First time I have been under 200 since 9th grade, age 14...only took 11 years to get back.

Turns out, my body liked onederland so much, I've stayed up in the high 190s for two weeks. Oh well - saw some progress today so we'll just keep moving ahead!

I never really made it back to fat smashing

Iv come a very long way but im not where i wanted to be im just burnt out .

every one in my house has been sick with some nasty cold for about a month and its hard. my 13month old had it for 2 weeks and then ended up witha double ear infection and shes teething so the gym has been on the back burner for about 4weeks.

This website is so supportive and uplifting Im going to try to take my little one to the track tonight for a run-walk (God willing )

I need to get out or im going to end up in looney land !!!!!
