Tonight (UK time) just off to bed having made it to the end of Day 9!!!!!
Today was the hardest day of all, the other 8 have felt quite easy. The problem has been the daily weighing - today I see why you shouldn't, if possible.
I've consistently lost on P1, down 7.4lbs in 8 days, don't know about tomorrow yet.
I know exactly how many calories I ate too, because of the dietpower tracker software I use. (sorry if I'm not supposed to say trade names).
I've averaged just over 1000 a day, with little or no exercise for health reasons.
Although tonight I've felt really hungry, I've clung on and stuck to 1007! calories.
I know that according to P1, I could have eaten a lot more fruit or salad this evening - but they'd have taken me over this 1000 barrier I've now got in my head.
Definitely, it would have been better to have weighed only on Day 1 and Day 9. I can see how obsessive eating patterns start.
I will try and de-obsess a bit tomorrow! (and re-start exercise)
