Phase 1 Question...

    Is Yogurt cheese acceptable in Phase 1 - I told my husband No but could it be true?
    Secondly, Odoul's Non alcoholic beer? He's on Day 6 and dying for some meat and cheese.

    but I'm not for sure since I've never heard of yogurt cheese before.

    I know meat sounds sooooooo good! I'm on day 6 as well

    To my understanding, yogurt cheese is made by straining yogurt through cheesecloth and a strainer to solidify it, correct? If that is true, then it is allowed...........however, if that is wrong, please let us know what it really is, okay?
