First... want to say thanks to EVERYONE who have been so helpful as I have embarked on this new journey to get in shape and loose weight. Your tips and suggestions have been very useful. I know we are not suppose to weight after phase 1 over, but i peeked and four plus pounds and counting with a couple days left in phase 1. I know probably not the best for phase 1 for most, but for me this is a step in the right direction. Took me a while to get phase one down so I wouldn't be hungry and now I think I've got the hang of it.
Now for my question... is soy mayo allowed in phase one? I am dying for some tofu salad and wonder if it's ok? Does anyone know? Thanks.
