Hello everyone!
I just signed up for this forum and just wanted to say hello...
I picked up the book a few weeks ago, and am starting the detox today. As a vegetarian, it's hard to find a diet I can stick to, but this one seems pretty doable....
I don't have much weight to lose (about 15 pounds, which I've put on slowly over the past 2 years) and it's been so frustrating. I've lost the same 5 pounds about 10 times over, and really want to get it off for good this time!!!
