needless to say i had a bad wk,I gained 3...I got into some hersey kisses and not just one day,oh well no since in crying over spilled milk..Just do better this wk..

number # 3!! we have dusted and picked ourselves up girlfriend.
we are back into the running. We can do this. Like you said no use
in crying and sure cant go back. lol lets kick each other if need be.

Since I messed up over the weekend.. I don't have a true detox loss this week. I am doing detox over again for 9 days. But, I weighed in this morning and have managed to lose 2 lbs. I hope to lose a few more by the end of detox. I will weigh in again on next Thursday.
