I think I have just not been in the right state of mind lately for this. I do know i feel terrible. When i was doing phase 1 i felt great and had tons of energy. Since I have been bad for about a week...i feel sooo terrible. No energy...bloated feeling and just crappy. So.......back on it i go. I actually miss the gym too. I feel great after a good workout. I am hoping that tomorrow when I start and I weigh myself that I didn't gain my six or seven pounds back. If I did...I guess I will just have to work harder.
