I am new here and have tons of questions but will start with my sushi.. I know that the whole point of this diet is to get your mind and body to where it is craving the right foods. BUT... do you think it is ok for me to have veggie rolls with the carrots/cucumbers and brown rice??
I am sure I should not be eating the soy sauce but what about the wasabi??? I rarely use the soy sauce anyway!! Also are we allowed to use sugar substitutes in Phase I.. The book is just a bit TOO simple for me.
