Just wanted to say a quick hello. I started this about 5 months ago and did well but then other things got in the way. I am back with a vengence determined to stay the course. I am currently at 155.5 with a goal 0f 125. I just started running and will do this 5 days a week. I enjoy excercising but find it hard to get time alone to get it done. I am buying a jogging stroller today so i can run with my 3 year old. I am excited to be back with this great group and support. Thanks

I understand getting time to exercise. I did really good when the weather was warmer. Joshua and I walked (he in his stroller) a lot. But, with the winter setting in.... well, I am finding it very challenging to get a good workout in.

Hello and welcome! I just started running (mor elike jogging) for the first time ever on Sunday. I am going to try it 3 days/week to get started because I already go to Jazzercise 6 days a week. I am trying to train my body slowly so hopefully I can ge there. Lets support one another! Best of luck to you.Lem
hey Lem, Good job on your excercise. I also use to do jazzercise and loved it. I also should rephrase and say jogging. I started a couple months ago after walking for an hour each daythen one day I decided to jog. after a few weeks I went for a half hour and I wasnt exhausted and I said to myself what if I go 40min then at 40 I said what about an hour. how cool would that be. I have never gone jogging for over 30 min before and I was soo excited. Anyway I of course stopped during the holidays due to life which seems to get in my way(one of my new years resolutions) so now I am back at it and last night I did 30min so I should be up to 60min soon.
