I think that if you make sure that there aren't any ingredients in the soups that aren't allowed on phase 2... you should be okay. The bad thing about the canned soups are the preservatives and sodium. But, since you aren't on detox anymore.. I would just watch the sodium. Because it will make you retain fluids and potentially slow your weight loss down. I would look for the healthy choice soups or the progresso ones. They seem to be pretty healhy.
