New to 3FC and New to Fat Smash

  • Hello All,

    I have been a lurked on this site for quite a while and getting ready to jump into Fat Smash diet (order book today).

    Quick question: have any of you used Mochi or other rice products like it? Do you think it would be legal in Phase I?

    Ingrediants: Sesame-Garlic: Organic sweet brown rice, filtered water, sesame seeds, garlic, onion, arame (seaweed), wheat-free tamari.

    I wasn't familiar w/ mochi but I wish I could find it here - sounds interesting! I think as long it only has the brown rice and water in the plain, that would be ok as long as it counts toward your total daily intake of brown rice. Some of the flavored has some other ingredient not approved so just watch out for those. I occasionally kept soy crisps on hand (the baked, plain sea salt ones) and allowed myself 1/2 a serving every other day. Technically they probably aren't allowed but since I lost 7 lbs each time I did phase 1 detox, I don't think they hurt me. I have used tamari in small amounts too and that was ok for me. I would have to say the sesame seeds probably aren't allowed since no seeds are nuts are except soy nuts I think. A few probably won't hurt you.
