Wanted to post my favorite meal when I do FS. Whole brown rice doesn't agree well with my IBS so I just bought Bob's Red Mill Cream of Brown Rice Farina. The only ingredient is brown rice except its milled into smaller pieces.
1/4 cup Brown Rice Cereal
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 Cup Soy Milk
1/2Cup water
Cinnamon
almond extract or vanilla
Bring Brown Rice cereal to a boil with the 1/2 cup soy and 1/2 cup water. reduce to a simmer once it begins to thicken i stir in the pumpkin cinnamon and vanilla extract and let it thicken about 5-10 minutes. It is the creamiest yummiest comfort like food.
