Default Pizza

Does anyone know if the Pizza in Phase I uses cooked oatmeal or raw oatmeal.

I believe it is raw since when you mix it up with the garbanzo beans it will create the "dough." The oatmeal is in lieu of flour that would normally be used as a dry ingredient.

It is raw - you grind it up with the beans, etc. in the food processor to create the dough. Just make sure it's pressed out thin and that you bake it long enough, or it might end up mushy!

Definitely raw! I tried it cooked, and baked it for over an hour. It was still mushy! Then I did it raw, and it only took 20 minutes or so to get the crust crunchy and yummy.
