Hi Everyone!! I am in need of some additional support and prayers. I am doing the South Beach diet and I am down 23 lbs, I still have about 100-120 to loose. I just joined Curves today. I also need to lose 100 pounds.God said he'd be a ever present help in time
of trouble.and this could be trouble,Soooo I will encourage you as the Lord
leads.I just joined curves, last month and gained 5 pounds, was not very
encourageing.But I didn't give up.But please hang in there. You can make it.
