Hi ladies. It's been a while since I was online -- but I'm glad to see this thread has some life in it again.

I've put on about 3 pounds since Thanksgiving because I've been doing so much travelling for work and haven't been able to get to Curves regularly. Tomorrow I'll hopefully get there for the first time in 2006, but home teachers are coming at 6:00 and an enrichment committee meeting at 7:00.

I was just called to be Gospel Doctrine teacher, so that's going to cut into my spare time. When I taught GD 4 years ago, it usually took about 20 hours a week to do the lessons. But I had to do every lesson; this time I'm team teaching -- so only every other lesson. Plus, I've got my Old Testament lessons from before, so hopefully the prep time will be less this time around.

I've been pretty strict to my low-carb regimen since getting back from Philadelphia on Saturday a.m. I'm heading east again in a week, and then again mid-February before heading to Madrid for an extended President's Day weekend. Gotta lose a few pounds before then so I can indulge in the yummy pastries in Madrid.

BTW, for those of you who have joined in this thread since I was last on, I've lived in Bountiful, UT for nearly 3 years. Before that I was in Philadelphia for 7 years. I now telecommute for the software company I work for (I'm in marketing, not a programmer). I usually spend about 1 week a month in Phila.

Bye for now.

Hey hey Sisters!!!!

I am new to this site and THRILLED to see other Heavenly Bodies trying to get fit! I have been overweight for... well it seems forever to me... but since graduation 10yrs ago. Dang if I could get back down to how "FAT" I was in those senior pics... wahoowah momma! :cheer:

ANYway... I am Jessica, a single-divorced mom of 3 angels with crooked halos! They are Jessie 6yrs, Cassidy 3 yrs, and Thomas 10mos. I am trying to go to school, be a SAHM, live the WOW, and be that little Sunbeam my kids need. IT STINKS!!!!!!! :tantrum:

I have been a member my whole life... with some serious falls and self-inflicted trials along the way. I am trying to work toward my Reccomend in the next year 2006... and well come to think about it... I don't want to have to buy a fat temple dress.... hmmph.

Sooo... here I am .... and I can't wait to chat it up with you all... please feel free to IM me on Yahoo.... I would LOVE to chat!!!!

See ya around Sisters! :sunny:

edited for coding errors.

Hi Jessica. Welcome to our LDS 3FC group -- although we haven't been especially chatty lately. I know that you can achieve your weightloss and temple recommend goals!

What kind of an eating/exercise plan are you going to follow? I began low-carbing at the end of June 2004 and lost about 5-7 pounds a month through the end of the year, and another 10 pounds at the beginning of 2005. I've been pretty much in maintenance mode since then -- but at least not gaining more than 2 or 3 pounds at a time (at which point I do what I need to in order to lose them again).

I would really like to get serious about losing another 20 pounds -- but life gets complicated. My current strategy is staying away from sugar and most starchy carbs -- except for the occasional whole grains (mostly whole wheat bread, brown rice, shredded wheat cereal, or old-fashioned oatmeal). And I'm doing pretty well exercizing -- either Curves, walking (fast) on my treadmill, doing The Firm videos, or Walk Away the Pounds DVD (which is what I'm about to do in my Philadelphia hotel room tonight).

Bye for now.

AmberM 01-26-2006 11:12 PM

Hi Jessica! Welcome to the board! Good luck on reaching your goals this year! I haven't seen very many figure flattering temple dresses around but good luck! *just kidding* It sounds like you have your hands full. Good luck with your goals!

Amber

JCT Mom of 3 01-27-2006 11:17 AM

Thanks for the welcome!

;) I'm in a mood today... and reading back through my post before I guess I was then too. LOL

Ok.... BYUGrad... hahaha... meal plan? You will soon find out that I am the LEAST likely person to have one of those! For now I am jsut doing portions.... and LOTS of water. :::I seriously FLOATED in my bed all night!::: :rain: I don't think I could EVER handle the low-carb thing... I couldn't live without my pastas and breads.... nooooo way!!!! I think that Mediteranian diet sounds interesting. I have tried no fat... which works well... and I suppose I have a tendency to cook lower fat anyway.

I have been using the old Beachbody Power90 vids... just started back up this week. HOWEVER! Of course the DAY I started to get serious... my son got croup... and then my daughter got strep... then my other daughter got it.... and then I got myself on antibiotics! :crazy:LOL Sooo.... I set up a challenge for myself to do the 6 on/ 1 off workout schedule from Power90.

I was so lazy yesterday... I didn't do my work out all day.... but then I read on one of the boards that On Demand cable has exercise vids... WOW! I had FUN!!!! I did Afro-Brazillan dance, a warm up from a belly-dance vid :lol3:(RIGHT), a jab-kick vid, and finally a full-body quick work out. It was nifty!

Well.... sisters... get to posting... I have no life and I read these boards for waaaay to long yesterday! :comp:

Is it the saddest thing ever that I'm giving a talk in the morning on preparation, and I'm still not prepared? Lol, I have a good 2 hours before bedtime!
More importantly I got a new cross stitch pattern today.

Also I ate 3 cookies today. It was going to be two, but they were 3 for a dollar! :cookie: :cookie: :cookie: I bought them to cheer me up, but instead I spent the rest of my shopping trip feeling like a failure. Doh!

I'm doing good exercising though! 6 days this week!

Oh, oops, Hi Jessica! I have a jessie too, she's 3. And 3 other kids too.

See ya gals!
Christine

JCT Mom of 3 01-29-2006 07:50 PM

Oh sisters....(Vent)

I know that this isn't a very good Sunday activity... but... well it's what I need to do right quick.

I didn't do any exercise at ALL yesterday... grrr. I was whining all day because my legs and arms hurt from the day before.... wah me. So I feel like a total loser... and not in the good way either. LOL

Anyway, Church was so good today... it was combined 3rd hour and our topic was on attending the Temple. I really enjoyed the lessons and am feeling like I really need to start talking to the Bishop about a recommend. The thing is ... I am on probation... obviously I had Thomas after my divorce. So Temple attendance hinges on finishing the probation. And there are things like... going back to school and actually being on time to sacrament that are part of those conditions I have to meet.... grr. I haven't been ready to go back to school yet... and my bishop is a professor. And well... I'm just frustrated. I cried all through 3rd hour. Mostly because I KNOW how important the Temple is (my Mother is a temple worker) and how much I want to be there. Then I was thinking about how cool it would be to recieve my endowments on a Ward Temple day. Not that it really matters who's there... not like a sealing. Then it was all the "am I ready?" "have I finished the repentance process?" "Does He forgive me?" .... "do I forgive myself???" UGH.:?: I am just I don't know... discouraged. I didn't want to be. I really enjoyed Church today.... :(

Well thaks for listening.... :listen:

P.S. Christine, Cute... is your Jessie named for anyone? My daughter is named for my great Grandmother. Thier first and middle names are Jessie Aurora. Jessie was born on my great grandparents 82nd anniversary date! Cool little tidbits. <3

JCT Mom of 3 01-30-2006 10:19 PM

I want to cry....

Today just stinks!!!!!!!!! I don't have any motivation... NONE! :nono:

And to make matters worse.... my 3yo cut her hair... aaarrrgghhhhh:mad:

About 11 mos ago, my older daughter cut both girls hair VERY short... and I was hoping I wouldn't have to deal with that again.... my 6yo had the fear of God put into her by me and a stylist friend of mine at the time... told her it was against the law to cut hair without a license! LOL Well... seems to not have phased Cassidy... she took a HUGE chunk out off the left side jsut above the ear and in the back too... it's about 2-3in long... and I was JUST starting to get her in pony tails again... she had a pixie cut fromt eh last time... GRRRRRRR

Ok.. well the diet is off the record for the night... ugh... this isn't a fun night. Take care LOL

cheerio 02-02-2006 03:05 PM

Jessica- wow, that sounds hard! Interesting, the going back to school thing. My jessie cut her hair a little while back. My little boy cut his hair and the THREE neighbor kids hair (not too bad) and then assisted her. She chopped her bangs, then got a good chunk right off the top. At least I didn't have to cut it all short, I can pretty much hide it. Her hair was getting SO CUTE before it happened though!
Oh, my jessie's actually Jessica, she's not named after anyone.
I think I'm going to try slim-fast. I like the simplicity.

Christine

Hey all... well I am feeling a bit better now LOL! I can and did put Cassidy's hair in pony tails today! Thank heaven for small miracles!

Anyway, I jumped in and joined Weight Watchers on Tuesday... I am actually not weighing as much as I thought... which was a very pleasent surprise! But man is it hard!!!! I have the super :chockiss: cravings now... and I used to be able to justify it as "just an indulgence"... now I am really trying hard to stick to the plan. UGH! Are any of you doing WW???

I set a new goal too... I want to lose 10 lbs before my son's 1st bday... that's about 1 month away... If I can manage that I will only be 15# over the weight I was when I delivered him.I can't believe that I gained that much in 1year... GRRRR! Well... here's to new beginnings!!! :crossed:

Take care and have a great weekend... we are planning to go to a baptism on Sat! I am good friends with this girl's mom and used to be her primary teacher a couple of years ago... how cool!

cheerio 02-05-2006 03:41 PM

Hello!
I started the Slim Fast plan!! I have been being sooooo good, and I lost 3 pounds in 2 days! I want to lose 10 lbs before my sisters come to visit me on the 20th. Yeah, it probably won't happen, but I know that with this kind of drastic change it's normal (and okay, right?) to lose 5 lbs or so in the first week.
I started doing a really hard work-out tape in the mornings. I am so psyched right now.

Also, on a churchy note. My RS pres was saying today that the book of mormon was translated in 65 days. I was thinking, and she later said, that'd be cool to read it in that long. So I'm going to do it! I've been finding time to cross-stitch and watch TV with my kids leaving me alone for like an hour every day-- I can definitely find time to read 8 little pages! Starting tomorrow -- wish me luck!

Christine

JCT Mom of 3 02-06-2006 01:31 AM

HI all

Cheerio- :bravo: WTG on starting SlimFast!!!! I am glad you are liking it! And you may be right about the 5lbs thing... but i winder if that is because it might be water weight??? Good Luck with your goal though... can't fault you for that. And as for the BOM in 65 days!!!! That's a great goal!!! I had a friend who did it in less than that... on her slow times at work LOL! I am barely finishing the BOM Challenge that Pres. Hinkley started in August. :p It's hard to read more than a couple pages a night with my little ones. and until recently I haven't done any personal study. Soo... we are in Mormon and fast tracking our way through to the end. I found a cute BOM chart for family study where you mark off a square everytime you read 3 chapters. I made a point of making it look really cool and doing it in front of the kids so that they are excited to start over again and mark it!

Life is doing good here... comming up on day 6 of weight watchers! LOL I hope all my counting points is working for me!!! I called a friend of mine from highscool and talked to her and got super motivated... she was fairly heavy all through HS and is now at a gorgeous 158lb!!!! We talked about all the ways it can be hard and how things become different when you lose the weight. She warned me that as she lost weight she became more critical of herself... I can see that as something I will do... that's not good... I will have to watch it.

Well.. take care and Have a good week!!!!!!!!!

ctrsara 02-06-2006 11:01 AM

Sigh. All my good eating isn't going so well. My little brother is leaving on his mission to Argentina Tuesday, so we've been having all sorts of family get-togethers, and there is lots of good food, and lots of bad food, and I seem to be having some of everything. He needs to just LEAVE already! (lol, j/k, but all this celebrating and togetherness is killing my weight loss!)

cheerio 02-06-2006 04:23 PM

Oh my gosh Sara, I know what you mean! I was doing great a while back until I went to my grandma's funeral. Tons of yummy food for days, my no-dessert resolution went out the window with some moist lemon cake. It's going to be hard when all my sisters come, because a big part of our plan is CHOCOLATE. I need to figure out a plan beforehand to be able to eat some but not go overboard.

Jessica- are you almost through the b.o.m. w/your kids?? Now that's impressive! We read one column a day. If we read. It's one thing to read on your own, but I was really impressed with the parents who were actually reading the whole thing with their kids.

Hey here's a question gals, what's your favorite mormon movie? Mine is Best 2 years, but I really like pride & prejudice too. I'm excited to see suits on the loose. It's fun to live in utah where they have them in the theaters, my family gets jealous.

Christine

ctrsara 02-06-2006 04:53 PM

They usually have the LDS movies here too, after a while. :) My favorites are the same - Best Two Years, followed by P&P. I cannot handle some of them... so, exciting news - I think my DH is accepted to BYU! He hasn't gotten the letter yet, but all his online stuff is unlocked, and it says he is an admitted undergraduate! How cool is that? If we decide to go I will be excited - I miss the weather and the hiking in Provo, and it is not as far from home as BYU-I would be... (I graduated in Dec 04, about the time he got home from his mission...)

cheerio 02-09-2006 10:55 AM

Woohoo! :carrot: Today's weigh-in warranted a ticker change. Slim-fast is working! Yesyesyesyesyes! :D

I got up and all dressed to exercise this morning, came out to the living room and remembered there's a tape stuck in the vcr! I can't exercise without a tape! I wrestled with it for a good ten minutes, probably burned a few calories.
At least I exercised twice yesterday. And tonight I'll do the tape in my bedroom (duh, luckily hubby isn't as brain-dead as me and reminded me we have more than one vcr in the house.)

My BOM reading is going good too! It only takes about 20 minutes a day!

Sara- any news on byu?

Jess- looks like you've got some awesome goals going!

JCT Mom of 3 02-09-2006 01:03 PM

Slow thread....

Hi sisters!

I have been meaning to write for a few days now.... but everytime I am about to hit submit... my baby hits the power button. :nono:

Christine- I have been wanting to explain myself about the BOM reading... I didn't always read with my kids. We started just before my son was born (before that it was very erratic) reading every night after prayers. I would only read a few verses and sometimes I would try to sit through letting them "read" a couple verses each. As we kept tp the "read every night" goal, we started reading a little more all the time. It seemed we were in 2nd Nephi for 7 months! Just before i heard about the Challenge from Pres Hinkley, I read a story in the Friend (as my excuse for not reading the BOM that night) about BOM family study.... yeah we read the scriptures that night! :dizzy: After that i no longer made everyone sit together to read... now they lay in thier beds while I read. If my oldest wants to read she does come sit by me and we say it together. Some nights we get though a whole chapter, some nights we may have to reread last nights chapter... but many nights we do get in 2 chapters. It will have taken us exactly 1 year to complete our first "Family reading" but we are super thrilled!!!! :cb: My girls love the scriptures and we can feel the difference in our home when we haven't read. I know that if you set a goal to read it will enrich your life as it has mine. One thing that I would advise is Don't look back... if you forget to read for a few days don't get after yourself for it... jsut start back up where you left off. It won't do any good to stop reading becasue you aren't exactly where you would have been. I have done that... and I just never pick it up again because I feel so bad about putting it down in the first place. The Lord doesn't care where you read.... just READ! And I can't let you get away without saying :bravo: on the Slimfast plan!!!!!!!!!! You are rockin'!!! (my daughter says "Really Rockin' Crocadillian") Keep up the good work... ever think of moving the working vcr into the main room so you have more workout space????

Sara- UGH... family get togethers can be difficult. ESPECIALLY LDS ones!!!! Did he leave now? You'll have to keep us posted when he writes! I think that you and hubby are so lucky to be able to go to BYU (possibly) I would love to go! I will keep my :crossed: for that acceptance letter to arrive soon!

Where are the rest of our sisters????? byuGrad? AmberM? Valarie250? Gategirl??? We miss you ladies... please come back to us!!!!!! ;)

Hello? Where are you all? I'm not a church member, but I have been an investigator on and off for quite a while.

I read this read regularly, and think you guys have so much to offer the world of 3FC.

So come back!!! Let me know what you're up too!!!

ctrsara 02-22-2006 03:48 PM

Sorry girls, I've been a little out of it. Much news, all taking place in the same week! My brother left for the MTC, (he was quite homesick at first, but he's in his second week and doing much better) we found out my DH is accepted to BYU, (so we'll be moving back to Provo at the end of August) and we found out that we're expecting a baby in mid-October. Surprising, but exciting, because we've been trying. I'm at 6 weeks now and had my first appointment yesterday. I have been pretty tired, and more and more sick (no bathroom visits, just very nauseated unless I'm constantly eating - not sure how that's going to go for my weight maintenance.) So yeah, life's good, if a little intense. :) How are you all doing?

cindymomtwo3 02-23-2006 12:51 AM

Hi - I'm a newbie here, pretty new to the forum thing. It's great to see fellow LDS members here, hope you don't mind me joining in! It's wonderful to have a lot in common right off the bat! I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3. I graduated from Utah State -- so all that Utah talk brings back memories! I'm also doing WW, but just at home on my own. It's been tough not having to account for my weight loss, I've been doing way too much cheating!

Hope to get to know you all, and good luck with your weight loss goals!

Hi ladies,

Sorry I haven't been around. Not much to report. I'm kinda maintaining at 150 but not really trying hard enough to lose more. I'm going to get back on the exercise bandwagon today and maybe the food one today too (who knows?) I'm at my high school weight and I"m just too comfortable and have no motivation. I need to start again and at least get the stress relief of exercise.

Looks like I'm going to be released from Primary which I think sucks! We'll see, the president was released due to family issues so we were all released but I'm hoping the new pres will keep one of the counselors on (pick me...oh oh pick me!) *hehe* I'm going to apply to graduate school next week so we'll see how that goes. I'm late on registering to get into the masters of social work program.

ctrsara, Wow, big things going on with you! Congratulations on your baby! Moving back to Utah in August and a baby, that could be stressful. But I'm happy your hubby got into BYU.

Hope all is well with everyone else!

Hi everybody! Sorry, I've been a bad poster too!

Sara- awesome! Congrats!

Cindy- hi! I'm so glad you came to join us, we definitely need more groupies in our groupie.

Kylie- hi! nice to meet our resident lurker! Feel free to post if you want to.

jess- love the new avatar pic! way cute.

As for me - I really am trying, but I swear I'm gaining weight! I'm working on eating a lot more fruits and veggies and I'm still exercising everyday. I decided to try smaller goals, so right now I'm working on losing 4 pounds in 2 weeks.
My five sisters and my mom were here this week for a visit, we decided to have a scrapbooking convention, it was so fun.

Have a good day girls!

Sonoma Diet

There doesn't seem to be much action here in this thread, so I though I would post something. I started on a new diet - The Sonoma Diet - on March 1st and I've already lost 3 pounds! I am very excited! I have been doing WW at home since the beginning of the year, but felt I needed to kick it up some. I'm really glad I found all the comments on 3FatChicks about this new diet, which isn't really new, the concept goes way back! No gimmicks, just very healthy eating. If anyone else is looking for a better way of eating, check out all the info here on 3Fatchicks about it. It's really working for me.:p

BTW, getting back to the person who started this thread, how long have you been doing judo and is there a BYU Judo club? My daughter starts BYU this fall and I'd like her to continue in Judo.

Thanks!

Or you could refer to "The Church" as many I know do: COJCOLDS.

Pronounced "CAWZH- colds." It works for them.

Hello fellow LDS ladies....I'm glad there is a thread for us! Well, not that I don't fit in anywhere else, but it's fun to meet new friends.

I live in Cherry HIll, NJ but will be moving to Pensacola, Florida in 2 months. I am determined not to let the move cramp my exercise style....

Where does everyone live??

AmberM 07-12-2006 12:58 PM

Hi ladies,

Glad to see this thread back up and running! I've not been running anywhere...so much walking. Just lost all motivation for awhile...like 6 months *sigh* I should be at goal now but I'm up 10 pounds from December but I'm back and ready to battle it back down! We're going to Disney in September and I'm determined to be back in my smaller jeans by then and close to goal if not there by December.
Welcome to the new ladies!

so how is everyone else doing??

Xuzi 07-12-2006 01:27 PM

I'm kind of new here. :D I went on a 9 month hiatus from 3FC because I was pregnant and didn't want to get too focused on how much weight I did or didn't gain (I ended up gaining 40lbs, which is exactly how much weight I LOST before getting pg. Go figure). My son was born last Tuesday (July 4th) so now I'm ready to start working on getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 135lbs. :) I hope to reach my goal by November when we plan to go to Disneyland.

I'm born and raised LDS, as is my DH. We have a two year old daughter, Raia Noelle, and a 1 week old son, Errol Scott. We live in Western Washington, not too far from Portland, OR.

brooke26 07-12-2006 05:28 PM

Congrats on the new baby!! And, what a great birthday he has! You are SO motivated alread back on 3FC! You go girl!

I have never been to Washington, but DH and I hope to visit this winter. His brother and sister in law live in Eastern Washington, Kennewick. I hope to be MUCH lighter than this by then!!

kekka 07-19-2006 11:45 AM

hi everyone

Hi ladies,
My name is Kelly, i'm new here, and think its awesome that this thread is here. DH and I are new members, we were baptized on june 2nd. My calling is currently as the den leader for the 8-9 year old scouts.. i have no ideas what I'm doing, but they seem to be ok with that. I have been on WW on and off for the last year and a half, and have lost 45 lbs, but gained back 15 lbs over the past 6 months or so. I'm currently doing slim fast for a change of pace, and to give myself fewer choices.. I need a little more structure at this time. I am 25 years old and I have 2.5 year old boy girl twins. DH is in the navy and we have been married for 3.5 years. We have lived in San diego, CA, Jacksonville, FL, and now we are in maryland. I think we will be here for a few more years, and eventually we want to go to denver for a couple years, and then get back to california. Well that's the plan right now. OK, I look forward to talking with you all!
Kelly

AmberM 07-19-2006 11:38 PM

Hi Kelly! congratulations on your baptism! Don't worry about knowing what you are doing...as soon as you do they'll give you a different calling *smile* I joined the church 4 years ago and was completely clueless when they made my Secretary in Primary...I was then moved to counselor and finally figured out what I was doing there as well. You'll get the hang of it.

Well I'm not doing great on my weight loss. I've kinda gotten back on track diet wise...my hubby's birthday is next week though so we've been eating out too much. I'm hoping to get back on the exercise bike tomorrow...we'll see. I need to keep my midnight snacking to a minimum because that's what's killing me.

Talk to you ladies later!

AmberM

brooke26 07-26-2006 08:52 PM

Hi Girls!!

Welcome Kelly. Congratulations on your baptism.

We have quite a bit in common! I have been a member my whole life and still have no idea what I'm ever doing in any of my callings either, so don't feel badly! I am 26, married with an 8 month old baby girl. My husband is also in the Navy. He's been going to school for the last 3 years on an ROTC scholarship and we will be moving to Pensacola, Florida for him to go to flight school in 8 weeks. I'm so nervous! We live in New Jersey and I am not from here, but love the people and am nervous to do this whole thing over again. Plus I desperately want to lose weight and DH is ready to have another baby....is it totally vain that I don't want to get pregnant until I've lost like 30 lbs?? I am SO torn on this issue. I want to have another one so DD will be close in age to her sibling, but if I get pregnant I'll weigh over 200 lbs when I deliver!!!! The thought makes me want to cry!!!!

I know, it's like one part of your mind understands that it is worth it, to have another precious little person in your life, but another part of your mind doesn't want to set yourself back so far when you have been working so hard.

Gabrielbeth~

Welcome! I haven't been here too long myself, but I'm glad there is another new face around here.. i don't know where everyone else has been lately! Anyhow, I went to your husband's memorial site. I'm so sorry for your loss. It is wonderful though how strong your spirit is, and how you have handled everything. My heart was breaking for your family as I read it, but through your faith you are keeping in perspective, that this is just a temporary seperation, and although it seems insurmountable sometimes, you are a strong person, and you have a beautiful family to take care of. Heavenly Father must have had a very imporatant need for your husband, and must see you as an amazingly capable person to have given you this trial. OK, I don't intent to upset you, but to welcome you and to let you know what an inspiration you are to me. Hope to talk with you soon!

Absolutely! Our current plan is to get sealed onn our 5th anniversary, which is december 8 2007.. and to go a while before that to receive our endowments. We are so excited about that! But we are also excited about everything right now!

Hello everyone!

Hello everyone - I'm new to this website, but am hoping to enjoy it and learn a lot from you all.

I am a 34-year-old mother of 4. I gained a great deal of weight as a result of infertility treatments (my 4 children are "bonus kids" whom I have the privilege of helping to raise because I married their dad), and have struggled for years to lose that weight. I'm doing Weight Watchers right now, and that's going okay, but discouraging at times. It's so nice to find a group of other LDS women who are struggling with the same issues I am - I'm sure I will be grateful for the encouragement, and hope to give some back to you!

Anyway, I'll be around, and am looking forward to learning more about all of you!

Welcome! I check in here pretty regularly, but it has been pretty slow lately. I have used weight watchers before too, and will probably go back to it here in a week or 2... i too got discouraged.. but i did lose 30 lbs on it, so i know it works if you work it. Good luck! Talk to you soon!!
