GARY ~ Praize GOD that you are OK, and hope the docs figure it out so you can still have your surgery. That is so weird, this morning a blood vessel broke in my right eyelid; and I look like someone socked me (dark purple) ...

Probably just rubbed it too much or something like that; and thankfully, it seems like it isn't getting any worse.
I went to my appointment yesterday; and all the tests came back OK (just a little anemic) for starting my chemo this MONDAY at 8 am. We will have to leave by 6:30 am at least, in order to be there in time. I take some steroids on Sunday which will help with some of the side effects of the chemo. So, when you are having surgery, I'll be doing my chemo, so I will have lots of free time to pray for you ...
Would love prayers from everyone that this first round goes well with no adverse allergic reactions or other side effects, like fever or infections (which would stop the chemo treatments, of course). My doctor has a new female assistant to help answer questions, etc (she's very nice and helpful). There is so much to remember; all the appts and blood tests in between and the day before each chemo session. There will be lots of trips too, but we will take advantage of the prep days to do pick-ups in the city while we are there.
Sending up ^PRAYERS^ for you and yours ...
