Hello! I'm a 35 y/o Christian, SAHM of 4 (11, 8, 4, almost 1) married 17 years this June. I'm a serious sugar addict (if that's a real thing!) and tend to be a bit of a binger. I'm starting South Beach Diet today b/c I know it helps eliminate those horrible sugar cravings, but these first few days are especially hard. Hoping to find some encouragement and maybe accountability here. Have a good day! -Jenny

Welcome! If you look at the forums, you should find lots of men and women using the SBD, I hope you'll go there for encouragement and that you'll have fabulous success! You sound like a really nice person.
