Wilma - glad you are back on track!!!!! I LOVE grilled veggies too. We use our George Foreman in the winter - it isn't the same, but still, better than the alternatives

Sue - prayers continuing for BIL! And, I marvel every time I see your ticker. Almost 140 lbs gone! That is more than a "me". How inspiring you are to everyone here

Rosebud - I hope the weather stays in the + column for the rest of spring. I"m tired of the cold. We are supposed to get 50-60 mph winds tonight, so I hope we don't lose power. 7500 folk were without it last night when a car hit a pole. It is too cold to not have heat for hours and hours!

A good day here - my car has been "clunking" so DH finally had a day off so we could take it in. $200 later, and it is back to it's old self. I'm thankful that it was a part that they had in stock, and not too difficult to install. My GM Tracker is actually made by Suzuki and the engine is kind weird.
Church Administrative Council meeting tonight - so I won't be back. But prayers are continuing for all!

My mystery man has been writing more, I sent him some of my 'writings' and he has loved them. Just knowing that he exists in the world has been wonderful...
His mom is having some health concerns and needs our prayers. They haven't gotten the results from her tests yet...and i don't know any more than that.

My shoulder is feeling better from last night. But I have to keep the weights where they are now...i haven't been sore from working out in a couple of weeks and i am sore today! i just need to watch it with my shoulder i guess.

prayers for all! i think the final will be taken wednesday now...

Rayne: You're not inspirational at all! You just lost 2 lbs and walked for 50 minutes. Not inspirational at all!


Gary: I love frittatas. DS doesn't though so as soon as he EVER moves out we'll start having them more often.

Laurie: Glad to hear your car is back to normal. I hate it when something goes wrong with mine.

I don't have a grill. I have roasted the veggies in the oven but it's still not the same as doing them outside. I guess I just want spring to be here so badly.

I stayed the same weight this week which is amazing after my couple of days of snacking. I always wonder what I would have lost if I hadn't done that. Oh well, it's a new week!!

Hello there to all of my sweeties!!!! I have relly missed all of you guys and dolls.

Prayers are going up for all who requested them.

I have really missed all of you but since I last posted my life has been CRAZY!!!! On March 5th (last Thurs.) I was on my way to WW meeting and was only 20ft. away from the door when I fell. The sidewalk was uneven and my foot caught it. Don't even remember falling, just soooo much blood everywhere. My daughter said I blacked for a few minutes and she thought I was dying. Ambulance came to get me. I have broken my nose on both sides, fractured my wrist, and beat the crap out of my ribs. Went to Nose doc yesterday and have to wait 1 month for all of swelling to go down to see if the surgery is required or let it heal on it's own. He siad it is bent pretty good. I am praying for healing on it's on. Will be out of work for 8 weeks due to ribs and I go to Ortho doc on March 16th. Please keep me in your prayers. My dd said when I came to, all I was saying please let me weigh, I gotta weigh. Well that did not happen so, I do not know if I made it to my 30 pound mark or more or not.

Okay, here is what I want all of you to do. Keep up all the good work you are doing, keep praying, keep losing, keep being some eles's motivation, someone's blessing, someone's friend, keep pumpimg each other up, loving one another, and ABOVE ALL, Keep on LOVING HIM.

Bev, you are nuts, I had never heard of slapping someone better than any pimp could. I have got to remember that one. LOL LOL

Well it has taken be about 1/2 hour to make this post with only one hand. LOL So will talk to all of you later.

All most forgot, my sis, Sue, fell on the same day I did, and hurt her hip and ankle. Prayers for her as well. We are just falling apart. LOL LOL I know GOD is in CONTROL.

Colormed - sorry, i forgot your real name and wanted to quickly write instead of looking for it...OH MY!!!! I will be praying for you!!! Poor thing! Well, if you have to have the surgery, maybe God has a plan in it...like fix sinuses while they are in there or something...but I ask Him to heal you, to give you peace and comfort in this. In Jesus name. AMEN! And the same goes for Sue. I break off any curses from the enemy or generational that are causing accidents and/or health problems in Jesus name AMEN!

And thank you for your compliment...my favorite words "you rock" aimed at me! AND the dancing carrot!!! i love that guy

Counting- Thanks!! I need to get back on track, been lazy w/ handy excuse of recovering from surgery and now sore arm/shoulder from slip/fall on front stairs- but once back to work, hopefully back op - I go back to work fri. working a double.. 2p-12a then 12a-8am so long night- then have baby shower to go to on Sat. at 12n have to go... or else my mom has to go alone and she is shy and doesn't want to. so short sleep day then back to work sat. 6p-12m so busy weekend. Glad your car is fixed always a bummer not to mention expensive when needs reapir.
E.Z.- hugs back at ya!!! glad all going well w/ work... bacon and spinach frittatas sound yummy use to make a spinach and bacon salad which was yummy out of fresh spinach.
Rayne- Continued prayers for your shoulder and healing and for your test that all goes well there as well.
Colormerd- prayers for healing for both you and sis...
Wilma- The grilled veggies sound yummy we do that in the summer, but then forget through the winter...

Oh, my gosh! Prayers for Aggie (and your sis) and Bev-so sorry about the injuries.for all of you.

Not much going on here today-too cold & windy to go outside, but will have to later for the boys' youth groups. Trying to dust and "spring" up the house a little, but keep getting distracted by DS3, who seems to think he needs "help" on every little assignment today.

Must go figure out something for dinner-man, I'm getting tired of cooking. Kinda wish we had someplace for carry-out here, but then I guess that wouldn't be good for the plan, huh? Well, gotta go, so you all have a great day, be careful, and remember Who loves you!

Aggie and Ronni - thanks for the prayers...now that's fine and my lower back got traumatized moving a 50 pound bag of dog food!!! so, i got a massage and am now sitting on ice packs. it will be fine by morning!!!

Aggie - thank you for remembering the computer...funny, i was just thinking about that earlier...

i'm beat! did the power class (weight lifting) for an hour...then was coerced into the elliptical for 10 minutes and then did the treadmill for 35. i may start doing the elliptical on days i don't have weight lifting and then treadmill on those. although, its gonna take some time to work up to 30 minutes on that evil contraption! but i can see how its beneficial.

i bought some clementines, bananas and blueberries at Sam's...then tortured myself with the dog food bag. i'm making tilapia to lay on carb friendly tortilla's with avacado, sour cream and cilantro...if i have 'maters, i will throw some on there too.

i'm waiting for my friend to call about going to her house and taking that exam...so i am still waiting! the next classes start monday...i really hope to have a new laptop by then!
