Hi I am also new I know that God gives us the strength to do it. I just have to follow his leading and it works. I keep praying that works too. I walk also not fast just a regular walk but it helps and it makes me feel good. Lots of success.

Can you all pray for me, too? It seems like the only way to get through this weight loss jungle is by prayer and petition.
