Im a single mom with 4 kids. I need prayer to lose this weight!:( i would enjoy talking to others with a faith that we can do all things through christ who strengthens me :^:

I too am new

Hi I am also new I know that God gives us the strength to do it. I just have to follow his leading and it works. I keep praying that works too. I walk also not fast just a regular walk but it helps and it makes me feel good. Lots of success.
