You go to a bra shop and your DF buys you 2 sports bras instead of sexy lingerie! :love:

You are super frustrated because the water aerobics classes you go to are SO wimpy and "un-strenuous" you decide they are a total waste of time.

Your ears feel weird when you don't have your IPOD earbuds in.

When, instead of sleeping in, you wake up at 6AM to make sure you get into the hardest spin class on you day off from work!

Oh and also when you don't consider that your day has started and you are very agitated until you've worked out. Only then can you go on with your day with peace of mind...

When you don't want to taper for your half marathon...

You go to the gym and workout even though you can't hold a dumbbell with busted fingers - you figure you'll find something to do that will work you!

when you wake up at 5: am to work out and after an hour still dont feel satisfied when the elliptical reads 800 calories burned.

You're looking forward to a 13 mile run with your new running club after work tomorrow. You'll probably go for a swim in the morning too.

Lifting with your trainer is enough to get you excited all day, even when you had a meeting at 6:00am and otherwise had a bad day...its still a good day because you have a TRAINER appointment tonight.
You start not just enjoying the post-strength training muscle soreness, but looking forward to it. |
