  • Walked at mall 30 minutes, Walked dog 20 minutes

  • Monday - 15 min walk/30 min jog combo
    Tuesday - 15 min walk/30 min jog combo

    Need shoulder to get better so I can lift on the arms, and do the stability ball (I tried to do it with the shoulder still hurting...it didn't go over well).
  • Curves 30 minutes, Treadmill 20 minutes, Stationary bike 10 minutes

  • Walked 4 miles/60 minutes.
  • 5k run 36 mins
  • Run to and from the gym 5k at gym worked chest and abs...
  • 48 min walk/jog, 40 minute strength training.

    As for my August goals - I didn't quite meet my exercise ticker goal, but I am ok with this because half of my routine (stability ball and strength training) were impossible for more than half of the month due to the whole shoulder thing...so I was right on track with everything else, plus some extra. Not too bad.
