Default PUSH -- Am I alone?

I got my first PUSH dvd today and though I wanted to put off trying it as I am going through some up and down emotions as of late, I did it.

I DID IT!

Ok all most all of it. I could not do the flat sit ups and there where two different ones, I got through the first set on one of them but I just knew I was doing it wrong, using my back more with jerking motions to get myself up. I also could not fully do the reverse swuat I think it was called. Laying done on my back, knees together, and lifting them up and trying to get my hips off the ground. I could get my feet and legs up and over me but not my hips.

I like a lot of it but next month I am changing my trainer as this one does not explain things much. (Unless I was too hot and sweaty and yucky to notice LOL) Starting off, I need more info! And if I can not do a certain move fully, what I should do instead.

Am I alone doing Push? Is there a chat area for it I have missed by chance?

Blessings,
Kontessa

Hi Kontessa,
I'm doing push as well. I've gotten through the first week and allthough I was sore I loved it. I don't think that second exercise is part of my exercises in mine. I had some that where difficult for me as well but by the end of the week they where more bearable. Keep up with it, do what you can and before you know you'll be able to do the whole thing. I have Mike Monroe as my trainer and I like him so far.

hmmm I'm intrigued! I went ahead for the trial one. I actually have a fantastic gym I belong to but I'm hoping ot rev up my workouts with a little more direction. I hope it's as good as it sounds.

I went for the weekend warrior version although I'm wondering if I should've started with the experienced exercise version. I picked Mike and Violet for my trainers. Can't wait.

I'm doing PUSH also. I'm at the end of my first month and really like it. I also have Mike for my trainer. I think it is a good program, but unfortunately I only will probably get one more month and cancel as I really can't afford another bill!
