Yep that works out at 32.25 press ups a day!

I figure 11 in the morning, 11 at lunch and 11 in the evening.

I'm going to start today, and I'm going to do all 33 this evening, just for kicks!

yeah press up / push up it's all the same!

I'm aiming to be able to get through a kickboxing class with good form from my toes and eventually do clapping press-ups. They ROCK!

Unfortunately I didn't get round to doing any last night but I'm sure I'll be able to get at least 60 done in class today!

WOO! Go Ilene!

I did... 8 today! That's in the gym. I will be doing some more at kickboxing tonight. Oh and they were 4 full press-ups and 4 knee ones, though I'm trying to keep it just to full press ups I felt like a dweeb just getting on the mat for 4 full press-ups!

I didn't get to do any last Thursday, they just weren't on the kickboxing menu last week! We usually do about 50 a class!
