Default Any tricks for getting rid of flappy arms?

Help! I've been doing everything I can think of to work my arms, but they're still flappy!!
I would like them to look tone, but I feel like they're just getting a little bulky and not targeting the areas I really need. Any advice?

Hi,
I also have the same problem but unfortunately no solution other than longer sleeves. It is sad but true-nothing I have tried worked and I do not do plastic surgery out of fear of the knife.
Good luck,
Sheridan

tricep dips and pushups will help and you can do them while watching TV.

Lightbulb

I've often thought a few binder clips would keep my flaps in place ....

Resistant bands have been toning my arms up beautifully! The set I bought at Walmart has three different resistant level bands, they work so much better than weights and arm exercises for me!

Here are some good exercises to try .... But basically to get rid of the fat/flab you need to have a very clean eating plan, lots of cardio along with weight training to get toned firm arms, legs, tummy or whatever body part bothers you... But having said this, sometimes we are just genetically predisposed to having more fat in certain areas and nothing short of surgery will change things...
