Day 3
hey everybody! okay so today is day 3 since i've been exercising and eating good. i do the 4 miles superchallenge twice a day and i'm hoping to do squeeze in another 4 miles to make it 12 miles. i'm exercise at 10, 2 and i'm hoping will exercise at 6 if i have the energy to do the last 4. i'm eating 4 fruits a day with veggies and fish for dinner. when i exercise, my legs aren't sore but oddly enough it's my ankles that are. i exercise on the second floor of my house which is carpet based so is that the problem? should i move downstairs to the basement where it isn't carpeted? did anybody have the same problem? thanks
