Leg toning
I am unfortunate not to be able to afford to pay for gym membership fees. Is there any way I can tone my upper legs in the comfort of my own home?
If my legs were thinner and toned, I would be happy with myself :o) Gawd, I never expected me to say that! |
Although there is no such thing as spot reduction, the best things I've found to strengthen and shape the legs are:
squats, lunges, step-ups, walking, running/jogging, or any activity like step aerobics |
