I'm a newbie on this forum and I'm wondering if anyone else has tried Turbo Jam? I absolutely love it and do it everyday along with also walking and hopping on my Tony Little Gazelle. If you haven't tried TJ I highly recommend it, it's fun and effective.
I got it a while ago and was doing it for a little while and then I 'fell off the wagon'. Right now, I am back to doing 'Walk Away the Pounds', but I am trying to work myself back into good enough shape so that I can do it again.
