Maximizing my gym time

  • Hi y'all...need some expert ideas. (Here's a chance for you all to play personal trainer!)

    I have approximately 45-50 minutes a day to work out in the gym. Based on the following things I have available to me, what should I be doing to maximize my time at the gym? (NOTE: I want to burn fat as much as possible, since I have so much to lose!)

    circuit w/10 machines and 10 recovery stations
    treadmill
    elliptical
    Gazelle
    stability balls
    punching bag/kickboxing bag
    hula hoops
    hand weights
    resistence bands
    steps
    medicine balls of all sizes
    jump rope (not quite ready for this one yet!)
  • I like doing circuits where during the rest part I do to minutes or high intensity cardio.
