  • 1 hour spinning class followed by BodyPUMP. That's one spin class down for the week, 4 more to go
  • Biked another 15k tonight with my g/f... for a total of 27k...
  • Cardio and Stability this morning, plus crunches - done.

    5,000 of my 10,000 steps - done.

Arm workout that I failed to do yesterday I will do today on my lunch. Ran out of time - not beating myself up over it, but it WILL get done today.
  • opps haven't been here for a couple days, but I have been getting in lots of exercise!! woohoo! Yesterday I got in SOO much so today I am taking a break!
  • Today got in 10k run...
  • Got in the arm workout - good to do, because I've been a bit off track in doing them. Legs tomorrow :-)
  • May 8 Treadmill 30 minutes
May 9 Treadmill 30 minutes, Stationary bike 10 minutes
  • I guess part of accountability is accounting for slacking. I didn't do any exercise today. Mostly because of the tornado warning, but I could have come up with something. Blah.
  • Did my cardio and stability this morning, plus my 100 crunches. Hopefully I'll get in a leg workout on my lunch (this is the plan), but added some extra leg work to my workout this morning just in case I run out of time.
  • Aerobics 26 minutes, Treadmill 12 minutes, Stationary bike 10 minutes
    Total for today 48 minutes
  • Did my leg workout - whoo hoo! I have a feeling I'm going to feel it tomorrow.

my total for today was about an hour and a 40 minutes.
  • Made it to the gym and did some back exercises, I wanted to do biceps but for some reason my elbow hurts ... Then I did some hills, 5k... Tonight is swim night too... It's all good... PLUS it's a gorgeous day!!
  • Well, that's it...the world hates me. I must have some bad karma built up from something somewhere. I pulled a muscle in my back last night (doing nothing interesting, of course ) so no exercise for me until it heals. *sob*

And I was doing really well!
  • You'll get back on track, harrypotterbarn, but you need time to heal! Listen to your body and get back on plan with your exercise when you feel ready! These things happen to everyone - the main thing is to get back on when you can.

Decided to go for a swim this eve, so did 40 min of that. Not too shabby for today!
  • Did my stability/rebounder/100 crunches this morning - 70 min. total.

I think I'm done for the day. Yesterday evening my friend needed me to go with him to Ikea (LOL - He had never been and was afraid he would be "totally overwhelmed" - which I can absolutely see happening!). Well, clumsy me, I totally fell down on the stairs (there was a slippery spot) and wrenched my ankle. Thought it was OK, but the rebounder made it hurt like mad even though I had wrapped it, so i'm thinking very mild sprain or just a hard knock to a bone. Annoying, though. Think I will compress/elevate/ice today and see if it improves.

My friend is a law student - he started analyzing whether Ikea was at fault for my fall. Apparently, the answer is no - I'm just a clumsy oaf :-). Which, of course, was what I told him all along.
