Good Morning Patty, BTW does anyone else ever post to this thread? Looks as if it just you and me.

That didn't quite come out sounding right, I do enjoy talking with you but was just wondering if anyone else is a regular?
Up until two years ago my husband farmed full time. He farmed about 950 acres rented ground plus ours. To make a long story short, one of his landlords (which is an elderly widow) let two of her nefews farm her ground. Then he (DH) made the decision to let go of some "not so great ground" and just look for employment. Well let me tell you that this has been a journey. You take a 53 year old man that has been his own boss for 30 years and throw him out into the working world. Bless his heart, it's been quite an adustment for both of us. But I'm happy to say that now he is doing great, he found employment with the Federal Gov't and has great benefits but golly we both will be dead before we can retire.

I've worked on and off and switched jobs a lot, so I'll be working ...like forever. We do not have any animals on our farm, in fact where we live is almost like a subdivision with houses every quarter mile or so. I grew up in the next house (brother lives there now) and we had cows, chickens, a horse, dogs and cats. You don't find many of those around our area any more, ah there are a few people that have horses, but not the old timey farms. My husband grows just soybeans now. In this area we grow corn, wheat, milo, cotton, soybeans, and rice.
How'd you end up doing on the water yesterday? I drank about 82 ozs, it getting much easier and it will for you, just hang in there. I've already gotten in 33 oz this AM. I did my exercise yesterday and half of today's this morning.(do you think I'm on a roll)
Have a great eating and drinking Thursday, Water that is!
Got to get to work, bye for now.
