Default Am I on the right track?

I do weight training, stretching, and approximately 30 minutes of cardio at my college's fitness center 2-3 times a week. On the days that I don't do the above I use my treadmill at home for at least 30 minutes. (I walk briskly at 3.0 mph and have thrown a few spots of jogging in) I also stretch and use my fitness ball for crunches.

Am I on the road to fitness or should I tweak this around more?

I think it's a wonderful place to start. Join in the Exercise Accountability Thread. I sure need to! I'd love to see how you progress with this nice varied workout schedule.
Let's see if any of the pro's have any thoughts.

Thank you for the input Susan.

I'm going to try and up my at home treadmill time gradually.
