Hi Dena - you got lots of exercise today - biking, BodyFlex and weights! I saw your reply and just thought I'd say Hi since I missed you in my other post.
My yoga tonight wasn't my best set ever. I was going to do it before supper but I was too hungry - I was getting the shakes. I ate but I had baked beans and cantalope - so the deep breathing wasn't that easy. Then my daughter wanted to do it with me and she giggled through most of it. I still felt relaxed but not like I'd worked out much. I had to cut each exercise short to so she wouldn't get bored. Then it stormed (lightning and thunder but no rain of course) and I never made it out to the pool. Oh well, sometimes things don't go as planned. But you are right - what ever exercise we do it feels better than not doing it.
