I'm new to the website and this is my first post. Just want to say that it's so nice to have a place like this! A place where you can get advice and encourgement and make friends, it makes such a differnce to know that others are in the same boat!
I'm writting this post in hopes of gaining some encouragement that I too can be a "sucsess story" someday. I'm just wondering if any of you fine ladies who have lost some serious weight can tell me if I'm on the right path. I guess I'm just worried that the weight loss won't happen and so I'm hopping somebody can validate that what I'm doing worked.(Hope that makes sence?)
Here's my Routine
1800 Calories Daily (Lean Protien, Fruits and Vegs)
40 min Turbo Jam Cardio Party (5 Days a Week)
3 Mile walk (7 Days a week)
Begining Strength Training (3 times a week)
Please tell me that if I keep this up that I can lose my 60?

As you get further along in your weightloss journey, you'll probably want/need to change your nutrition and exercise. I can see from your ticker that what you are doing is working for you now, so keep at it. It's all about consistency and persistence.
